摘  要:[目的/意义]探讨数字时代高职院校图书馆提升读者服务水平的策略,供同类高校图书馆参考。[方法/过程]采用文献调研法归纳数字时代的读者阅读特征,分析数字化给高职院校图书馆带来的影响;以广东科学技术职业学院图书馆为例,从优化馆藏布局、建立创意学习空间、加快响应读者需求、开展阅读推广、整合数字资源、利用新媒体与读者互动等方面,探讨提升读者服务水平的策略。[结果/结论]高职院校图书馆应与时俱进,以读者需求为导向,创新读者服务模式,提升读者服务水平。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to discuss strategy of vocational college library's improving reader service in the digital age, and provide reference for similar university libraries. [Method/process]The paper adopts document survey method to conelude reader's reading characteristics in the digital age, analyzes the impacts of digitization on vocational college library; takes Guangdong Polytechnic of Science and Technology Library for example to discuss strategy of improving reader service from aspects of optimizing layout of library collection, establishing creative learning space, speeding up response to reader's demand, carrying out reading promotion, integrating digital resource and using new media to interact with reader. [Result/conclusion]Vocational college library should keep pace with the times, focus on reader's demand to innovate reader service mode and improve reader service.
