摘　　要：[目的/意义]对福州地区大学城高校图书馆读者需求情况进行调查研究,以期为高校图书馆移动服务的发展提供启发。[方法/过程]针对读者需求多样化的特点,对福州地区大学城高校图书馆读者群体进行随机调查,在了解读者群体对移动服务的基本使用情况基础上,分析读者对移动服务的接受程度和需求情况。[结果/结论]不同类型的读者对移动服务平台的偏好、资源、功能及便捷性等方面的需求存在差别。为满足用户各种各样的需求,高校图书馆应在不断寻求服务创新的基础上,做好深化服务工作,将已推广的各项基础服务落实到位。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to investigate readers＇ demands of university libraries in Fuzhou Universities Town, so as to provide reference for development of university library mobile service. [Method/process]The paper bases on diversification of readers＇ demands, does a random investigation on university library readers in Fuzhou Universities Town, summarizes their usage of university library mobile service and analyzes their acceptance and demand of mobile service. [Result/conclusion]Different types of university library readers have different demands for preference of mobile service platform, resources, functions and convenience of mobile service. To satisfy various readers＇ demands, university library should base on constantly seeking service innovation, deepen service content, and promote basic service.
