摘  要:采用不同极性溶剂提取了菊芋叶中的多酚类成分,经正、反相色谱结合的方法分离纯化了这些成分,并根据UV、MS和NMR数据鉴定了它们的化学结构。从菊芋叶中分离并鉴定的7个多酚化合物分别为咖啡酸(1)、3,5-二咖啡酰奎尼酸(2)、1,5-二咖啡酰奎尼酸(3)、4,5-二咖啡酰奎尼酸(4)、3,5-二咖啡酰奎尼酸甲酯(5)、5,8-diOH-6,7,4!-triOMe(pedunculin)(6)、5,8-diOH-6,7di MeO-2-(3,4-di MeOPh)-4-benzopyrone(7),其中化合物1~5为酚酸类化合物,化合物6~7为黄酮类化合物。仅通过~1H-NMR即可确定4个二咖啡酰奎尼酸化合物中2个咖啡酰基的取代位置。The polyphenolic components were extracted from the leaves of Helianthus tuberosus through adopting different polarities of solvents,these components were separated and purified by using the normal-phase and reversed-phase chromatographic techniques,and their chemical structures were identified by UV,MS and NMR spectral data analysis. Seven polyphenolic compounds were separated from the leaves of H. tuberosus,and they were identified as caffic acid( 1),3,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid( 2),1,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid( 3),4,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid( 4),3,5-dicaffeoylquinic acidic methyl ether( 5),5,8-diOH-6,7,4'-tri OMe( pedunculin)( 6),and 5,8-diOH-6,7-di MeO-2-( 3,4-di MeOPh)-4-benzopyrone( 7). Among them,the compounds 1 ~ 5 were attributed to phenolic acids,and the compounds 6 ~ 7 were flavonoids. Meanwhile,the replacement places of 2 caffeoyls in 4 dicaffeoylquinic acid compounds could be determined only by ~1H-NMR data analysis.
