摘　　要：奶牛乳房炎在世界范围内给奶牛养殖业造成严重的经济损失。介绍了奶牛乳房炎的发病机理、致病因素、主要治疗方法;从抑菌、杀菌作用,免疫调节作用和抗炎作用等方面概述了蒙兽药防治奶牛乳房炎的机理,以期为蒙兽药及其他传统药物的开发和应用提供参考。Mastitis is one of the most serious diseases that bring huge economic losses to dairy production industry worldwide. The pathogenesis, etiological factors and commonly used treatment methods of dairy cows mastitis are introduced; the mechanisms underlined the prevention and treatment of dairy cows mastitis with Mongolian veterinary medicine are reviewed from the aspect of antibacterium, immunoregulation and anti-inflammation, so as to provide references for the development and application of Mongolian veterinary medicine and other traditional medicine.
