摘　　要：研究目的:呈现2016土地经济领域的研究进展,总结研究重点,进行国内外比较,展望未来研究方向。研究方法:文献法。研究结果:(1)国内外学者都关注土地价格、土地市场与宏观经济、土地市场中参与主体行为、土地市场化进程,但关注点各有偏重。(2)国内外学者在土地制度研究方面都关注土地产权制度、征地制度以及土地冲突,但国内学者更注重制度设计和权利保护,而国外学者的研究更趋细化,且侧重于土地制度改革的效果评估。研究结论:土地经济研究未来可能的研究重点:土地领域的供给侧结构性改革,农村土地制度改革试点成效评估,农村集体土地产权制度,国有土地与集体土地平等保护,妇女与男子土地权益平等,土地股份制,建设用地使用权续期制度安排,"三权分置"改革背景下土地发展权的定义及流转问题,土地制度改革过程中权利界定、理论与实践的衔接问题。The purpose of this paper is to summarize the research progress on land economy in 2016 and give prospect for 2017. Method of documentation was employed. The results indicate that： for land market, scholars paid much attention to issues like land prices, land market and the macro-economy, actors in the land market, and the land marketization process, but oversea and domestic scholars had different focuses. For land institutions, scholars all concerned land property rights, land expropriation institutions, and land conflicts, but domestic scholars paid more attention to mechanism designs and right protection, while oversea studies were much more specific and focused on evaluation of land system reform. In conclusion, further studies might focus on the following issues： supply-side structural reform in land sector, performance assessment on rural land system reform, rural collective land right system, equal protection of state-owned and collective-owned land, equal land rights regarding men and women, land shareholding system, construction land use right renewal, definition and trading of land development right in the process of ＂Tripartite rural land entitlement system＂, as well as right definition and the relationship between theory and practice in the process of land system reform.
