摘 要:不同物性参数的待处理水质会对除油罐的除油效果造成不同程度的影响。针对此问题,采用CFD的专业分析软件Fluent模拟了除油罐内部不同的油水性质流体的流场分布。把除油罐的集水口处油相浓度与进水口处油相浓度的比值作为除油率,来衡量除油罐除油效果的优劣。通过比较不同油滴粒径、水相粘度、油相粘度、沉降时间下油水混合物的水相浓度曲线和除油率来衡量除油罐对油水混合物的分离效果,得出在一定范围内,油水混合物的油滴粒径越大、水相粘度越低、沉降时间越长,除油罐的除油率越高。The quality of oil-water mixture with different physical parameters can affect the oil removal effect in different degree.In order to solve this problem,the professional CFD software Fluent was used to simulate the flow field distribution of fluid with different oil and water properties inside the tank.Regarding the ratio of oil concentrations around water outlet and water inlet as oil removal rate,the oil removal effect of oil removing tank was measured.By comparing aqueous phase concentration curves of oil-water mixture and oil removal rates under different oil droplet size,water phase viscosity,oil phase viscosity and sedimentation time,the separation effect of oil-water mixture in the tank was investigated.The results show that,in a certain range,the bigger the oil droplet size,the lower the water phase viscosity and the longer the settling time,the higher the oil removal rate is.
