Objective: To investigate the correlation between medical students resilience and coping styles and its influencing factors, and provide scientific basis for reducing the psychological pressure of medical students and psychological intervention measures. Methods:640 medical students were investigated with general state questionnaire, (CD-RISC) ,and simplified coping style scale questionnaire(SCSQ) by using Cornor and Davidson Resilience Scale the convenience sampling method. Results:Medical students average score of CD--RISC was (61.70± 12.44), which was lower than that of normal adult(65.4± 13.9),The difference was statistically significant(t =-7.542,P〈0.01). Active coping style was significantly positively correlated with resilience(r = 0.538, P 〈0.01), while negative coping style was negatively correlated with resilience(r =-0.096,P〈0.05). Regression analysis displayed that positive coping style, negative coping style, being a student cadre and family income were important factors to medical students resilience. Conclusion:Medical students have low level of resilience, medical students with taking positive coping style, student cadre and family economic status have higher levels of resilience than othars.
