獐子岛人工鱼礁区游憩价值的初步评估

摘　　要：论文利用旅行费用法,通过建立旅游需求曲线模型,对獐子岛人工鱼礁区的游憩价值进行研究。以随机调查问卷的形式对獐子岛人工鱼礁区休闲垂钓爱好者进行了调查,对游客的社会特征、岛上旅行花费(包含来往交通费、食宿费、游钓费、时间机会成本以及其他消费等)进行分析整合,获得了獐子岛人工鱼礁区游客的旅游需求曲线及消费者剩余,并通过相应的社会发展系数对游憩价值进行了修正。结果表明:獐子岛人工鱼礁区的社会发展系数为0.4233,修正后的獐子岛人工鱼礁区的游憩价值为12522109.1525元/年,约为1252.21万元/年。In this paper,the recreational value of Zhang Zi Island artificial reefs were studied by the Travel Cost Method,which need to establish the tourism demand curve model. The leisure fishing enthusiast on Zhang Zi Island artificial reefs area was investigated by the questionnaire. The tourists＇ basic characteristics were analyzed,and also the tourists＇ consumption（including to and from transportation,accommodation,sport fishing,time,opportunity cost and other consumption,etc.）. Then to integrate the consumption,thereby gaining Zhang Zi Island artificial reefs area tourists travel demand curve,which can get the tourist＇s consumer surplus. The recreational value need to be modified with the correction factor for social development. The result showed that： The social development coefficient of Zhang Zi Island artificial reefs area was 0.4233. The revised Zhang Zi Island artificial reefs area recreation value was 12522109.1525 yuan per year,which is about 12.5221 million yuan per year.
