摘　　要：本文分析了驴的繁育方法遗传学背景,倡导进行品种内选择;提出驴的选育标准要注意后驱,体型大小要与饲料报酬相适应;指出驴饲养、管理、繁殖常见的问题和解决方法;对驴的肉用和奶用研究提出了配套的参考课题。Breeding methods and genetic background of donkey was analyzed and the selection within the breed was advocated in this paper;it was put forward that pay attention to the rear quarters of the body and the size should correspond to a feed conversion rate in the donkey breeding standards;Common problems and the solutions in feeding,management and breeding of donkey were pointed out;the corresponding research projects to improve meat and/or milk performance in ass breeding were also pointed out.
