摘　　要：为了探究实验条件下小亚璃眼蜱的生物学特性,以便能更好地为二、三宿主的变更、环境变化等因素对小亚璃眼蜱繁殖影响提供实验依据。试验于2015年3-6月在吐鲁番地区某疫区采集家畜体表(牛)蜱虫约1 000只,采用了蜱种鉴定以及饲蜱试验,对小亚璃眼蜱饲养观察、掌握其生活史与滞育现象。结果表明:小亚璃眼蜱在兔体上可表现为二宿主型与三宿主型生活史周期,需要115±14.832 d完成一个生活史,并具有生殖滞育现象。说明此次试验对小亚璃眼蜱的传代培养具有指导意义。To study the biological characteristics of Hyalomma anatolicum anatolicum（H.a.anatolicum） in laboratory conditions,the paper provides laboratory reference to the influence of changes of the two or threehost and the environment against the reproduction of H.a.anatolicum,suchas.This research sampled about1 000 ticks on the animals（bovine） bodies in some affected areas in Turpan area between March,2015 and June,2015,fed and observed H.a.anatolicum by means of species identification and feeding test,and learned well about its live circle and diapauses.It is found that H.a.anatolicum on rabbit body showed two or three host type,and it took 115 ±14.832 d to finish a whole live circle with diapauses.The experiment provided guidance on the subcultivation of H.a.anatolicum.
