摘 要:研究了以HZSM-5分子筛为催化剂,在固定床反应器上不同反应条件对甲醇制汽油的催化性能,系统考察了反应温度,反应压强,甲醇进料空速和催化剂稀释比例对催化剂性能的影响。结果表明,温度升高催化活性增强,液烃收率和芳烃选择性均增加;随着反应压力升高,液烃收率先增加后降低,反应压力P=0.5 MPa时,液烃收率最高,达到30 wt%;随着甲醇质量空速增加,液烃收率也先增加后降低,在WHSV=11.38 h-1条件下,催化性能最佳,液烃收率最高,达到33 wt%,催化剂稳定性也最佳;催化剂最佳稀释比例为1∶5,液烃收率最高,催化剂稳定性最佳。The effects of reaction conditions such as reaction temperature, reaction pressure, weight hour space velocity (WHSV) and dilute ratio on the catalytic performance of HZM -5 were studied in fixed reactor. The results showed that increasing the temperature enhanced the activity of catalyst, resulting in higher yield of liquid hydrocarbons and higher selectivity of aromatics. As the pressure increased, the yield of liquid hydrocar- bons firstly increased and then decreased. At P =0.5MPa, the yield of liquids reached 30 wt%. As the WHSV increased, the trend of the yield of liquids also increased firstly and then decreased, the suitable WHSV was 11. 38 h-1 , resulting in higher yield (33 wt% ) and better catalytic performance. The optimal catalyst dilution ratio was 1:5 with a better catalyst stability and higher yield of liquid hydrocarbons.
