摘　　要：在建立衡阳市县域经济差异评价指标体系的基础上,运用SPSS.21中的主成分分析法对县域经济差异进行综合分析,发现衡阳市县域经济呈现两极分化的趋势,运用定性与定量综合分析,找出衡阳市县域经济差异的原因,即经济基础、产业结构、要素投入和城镇化等各方面的差异,并针对县域经济差异产生的原因提出相应对策,旨在为促进衡阳市县域经济协调发展提供参考。The paper selects forest land, grassland and unused land as reserve resources of industrial land and chooses two kinds - social economy and nature of gradient, elevation, slope direction, accumulated temperature, rainfall capacity, vegetation coverage, the distance to headwaters, the distance to road, population density and GDP to establish suitability evaluation index system about the industrial land. It also uses the comprehensive index method of the hierarchical analysis to ensure the weighted value of all evaluation factors, analyzes and evaluates the suitability, environmental reasonability and scientificity of the industrial land layout in the city of Dali. The thesis can provide methods on the suitability evaluation of industrial land and bases about the rational exploitation of industrial land in the city of Dali.
