大学生地方依恋特征及影响因素分析--以呈贡大学城为例

摘　　要：人对居住地的依恋是一种特殊的人地关系现象,大学生与大学城之间的依恋关系可以为衡量大学城规划建设的合理与否提供一种自下而上的新视角。依据地方依恋理论,构建了大学生地方依恋维度模型,以呈贡大学城为例,通过问卷调查及SPSS计量分析,了解了大学生对大学城的地方依恋程度差异,并探讨了其影响因素,得出结论:呈贡大学生的地方依恋在不同维度上有显著差异,其中地方认同程度最高,根植意愿最弱,大致处于地方认同感到依赖感过渡的阶段;功能依赖对其地方依恋的影响效应最低,并不能直接正面促进其根植性的形成;大学生由于个人背景不同,地方依恋程度有显著差异;居住时间、家乡地、经济发展水平等是影响大学生地方依恋程度的显著因素。Place attachment is a positive sentiment based on our spatial cognition, understanding of significance, replication function, and activity participation about one place. University town and college students who living in it primarily would provide a bottom - up perspective to assess the planning and construction of university town and spatial optimization. According to theories of place attachment, it built the dimension modeling of college students＇ place attachment and took Chenggong university town as an case study sites, by using questionnaires, relevant statistical software and mathematical analysis, and attempted to understand the difference of college students＇ place attachment, and analysis it＇s influential factors. It is concluded that the place attachment of college students have significant differences in different dimensions. The degree of place identity is the highest, effective attachment is less, and the staying will of college students in the university town after graduated is the lowest. The impact effective of function dependence to place attachment is weakest, it cannot promoted the staying will of col- lege students directly and positively. Different personal backgrounds of college students, has led to different place attachment levels. It shows that degree of place attachment is associated with of college students＇ age, dwelling time and their original hometown. On the other hand, cultural environment satisfaction, the efficiency of infrastructure and service, the level of economic development and social activities participation, are the external influential factors of college students＇ place attachment.
