“互联网+”对农业产业升级促进作用探究

摘　　要：我国是传统农业大国,通过互联网技术对农业产业结构进行合理调整并最终促进我国农业转型已经成为我国农业变革的重要议题。文章通过分析发达国家"互联网+"对农业产业升级的应用经验,并对我国"互联网+"在农业产业中的应用现状进行深入分析,指出"互联网+"是新型农业发展的必由之路,是农业产业结构调整的重要支撑及高效农业结构的重要成分,提出其存在互联网普及程度低、农业信息数据库建设不完善、专业人才缺乏等主要问题,并在此基础上提出加大"互联网+农业"人才培养、提高农村地区网络服务水平、构建与完善信息整合系统、创新农业产业营销模式、健全电商融资平台等建议,以期为我国农业产业结构升级改造提供一定的理论和实践基础。The information revolution era,＂Internet ＋ ＂unstoppable trend sweeping the industry,wind and the industrial revolution. China is a traditional agricultural country,through Internet technology to adjust the agricultural structure and,ultimately,promote agricultural transformation in China has become an important issue of agricultural reform in China. Paper through analysis reference developed using＂Internet ＋ ＂technology promote agricultural industry upgrade of experience,compared analysis China agricultural industry in＂Internet ＋ ＂in the application status,proposed its exists of agricultural production technology content low,and information level low,and industry marketing mechanism not perfect,problems,and this based Shang proposed increased education spending,and perfect rural area Internet construction,and speed up agricultural information construction,recommends,to for China agricultural industry structure upgrade transformation provides must of theory and practice based.
