农地流转效率研究进展与启示

摘　　要：文章从农地流转效率内涵、农地流转效率的影响因素、农地流转方式与农地流转效率关系、农地流转效率测度4个方面对农地流转效率研究进行了概括。指出目前的研究:1在研究视角上,从宏观层面、经济单维度对农地流转效率进行研究的多,而从微观层面、生态经济社会多维度开展研究的少。2在研究内容上,未清晰界定农地流转效率的内涵,缺乏支持效率评价的理论框架。农地流转效率演化的过程、机理及效应研究不足,效率测度指标的选取具有一定的随意性和单一性,忽略了农户微观视角的指标和过程管理的指标。农地流转效率的实证缺乏时间跨度的纵向比较和区域间的横向比较。3在研究方法上,尚未形成统一的研究范式和体系。论文最后指出未来研究在理论方面可加强多层次、多维度和动态的农地流转效率的评价标准研究,农地流转效率演化的过程机理研究;在实证方面,开展不同方式的农地流转效率对比研究,并关注农地流转的方式选择与地方自然经济环境的关系。This paper comprehensively reviewed the farmland transfer efficiency from the four aspects,i. e.,the connotation,the influence factors of the farmland transfer efficiency,the relationship between farmland transfer model and farmland transfer efficiency,farmland efficiency measurement. The main features of the research on farmland transfer efficiency were as follows： 1） In terms of research scope,research on farmland transfer efficiency from macro level was really more than that from micro level,there were more research from an economic point of view than that from multi dimensional view; 2） In terms of research contents,firstly,the connotation of farmland transfer efficiency was not clear and lack of a theoretical framework to support the efficiency evaluation; secondly,the selection of index was arbitrary and partial,which ignored farmers＇ microscopic perspective indicators and process management; furthermore,The empirical research on different model farmland transfer efficiency was quite inadequate and lack of comparison in different regions and time; 3） In terms of research methods,farmer-level unified research paradigm and system hadnot yet formed. Finally,the paper discussed the future direction of the research and development on farmland transfer efficiency. It should strengthen the research on multi dimensional evaluation standards and process,the reasons,and the influence of farmland transfer efficiency. Moreover,it needed to do the comparative study on different models of farmland transfer efficiency,and focus on the relationship between farmland transfer mode choice and the local natural and economic conditions.
