清热利湿宣肺汤治疗湿热蕴结型儿童期特异性皮炎30例总结  

Clinical effect of Qingre Lishi Xuanfei decoction in treatment of childhood atopic dermatitis with damp-heat accumulation syndrome: an analysis of 30 cases

摘　　要：目的:探讨清热利湿宣肺汤治疗儿童期特异性皮炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例湿热蕴结型儿童期特异性皮炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组服用清热利湿宣肺汤治疗,对照组口服盐酸左西替利嗪治疗,疗程均为4周。结果:愈显率治疗组为83.3%,明显高于对照组的23.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患儿SCORAD积分较治疗前均显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组的SCORAD积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组EOS计数、血清总Ig E含量较对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清热利湿宣肺汤治疗儿童期特异性皮炎具有较好的临床疗效,值得进一步推广及研究。Objective ： To investigate the clinical effect of QingreLishiXuanfei decoction in the treatment of child- hood atopic dermatitis with damp - heat accumulation syndrome. Methods ： A total of 60 children with childhood atopic dermatitis with damp -heat accumulation syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 children in each group. The children in the treatment group were given QingreLishiXuanfei decoction, and those in the control group were given oral levocetirizine hydrochloride. The com＇se of treatment was 4 weeks for both groups. Results ：The treatment group had a significantly higher cure and marked response rate than the control group（83.3% vs 23.4% ,P 〈0. 05）. Both groups had a significant reduction in SCORAD index after treatment（P 〈 0. 05）,and the treatment group had a significantly lower SCORAD index than the control group （P 〈0. 05）. After treatment,the treatment group had significantly greater reductions in eosinophil count and total serum IgE level com- pared with the contr01 group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： QingreLishiXuanfei decoction has a good clinical effect in the treatment of childhood atopic dermatitis and holds promise for clinical application and research.
