摘　　要：目的:观察肾细胞对人成骨细胞增殖的影响,进一步证明"肾主骨"理论。方法:通过体外培养人成骨细胞h FOB1.19和HK-2人肾小管上皮细胞,采用MTT法和Edu细胞成像检测骨细胞的增殖情况。结果:MTT法细胞增殖曲线显示随着HK-2培养上清浓度的增加,人成骨细胞h FOB1.19增殖率增大,Edu细胞成像检测骨细胞的增殖结果显示HK-2细胞上清能促进成骨细胞增殖,随浓度的增加,成骨细胞增殖细胞数量明显增加,且呈浓度梯度性。结论:肾细胞对人成骨细胞的增殖有促进作用。Objective：To observe the effect of renal cells on the proliferation of human osteoblasts and to further prove the theory of ＂kidney governing bones＂. Methods：Human osteoblasts（ hFOB l. 19）and human renal tubular epithelial cells （HK- 2）were cultured in vitro. MTT assay and EdU imaging kit were used to observe the prolifera- tion of hFOB 1.19 cells. Results：The MTT assay showed that the proliferation rate of hFOB 1.19 cells increased as the concentration of HK - 2 cell supernatant increased. The EdU imaging kit showed that HK - 2 cell supernatant promoted the proliferation of hFOB 1.19 cells ;the number of hFOB 1.19 cells increased significantly as the concen- tration of HK - 2 cell supernatant increased, in a concentration - dependent manner. Conclusion ： Renal cells can promote the proliferation of human osteoblasts.
