银杏达莫注射液联合厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗早期糖尿病肾病临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察银杏达莫注射液联合厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片对早期糖尿病肾病患者氧化应激水平及炎性因子的影响。方法:将104例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为2组各52例。2组均给予糖尿病常规治疗方法,对照组给予厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予银杏达莫注射液,连续治疗观察4周。观察2组治疗前后晚期氧化蛋白产物(AOPP)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平的变化。结果:治疗后,2组血清AOPP、SOD、IL-6、TNF-α水平均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),治疗组4项指标值的改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:银杏达莫注射液联合厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗早期糖尿病肾病有良好疗效,可能与两者联合应用可减轻氧化应激反应及抑制炎性因子产生相关。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection combined with Irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide combination tablet for oxidative stress level and inflammatory factor of early stage diabetic nephropathy（DN）.Methods：Selected 104 early stage DN patients,and divided them into 2 groups with 52 cases in each.The two groups were both given routine treatment of diabetes mellitus,the control group was given Irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide combination tablet,the treatment group was given ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection based on the treatment of the control group.Observation and treatment lasted for four weeks.Observed change of levels of advanced oxidation protein products（AOPP）,superoxide dismutase（SOD）,Interleukin-6（IL-6） and tumor necrosis factor-α（INF-a） of the two groups before and after treatment.Results：After treatment,levels of serum AOPP,SOD,IL-6 and TNF-α of the two groups were improved,comparing with those before treatment（P〈0.05）.Values of the four indexes of the treatment group were better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole injection combined with irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide combination tablet has good efficacy for early stage DN,and it may be relate to the combination usage of the two drugs which can relieve oxidative stress and inhibit the production of inflammatory factors.
