中医药治疗重症肺炎的临床思维及应用

摘　　要：重症肺炎是一种需重症监护治疗的急危重症,病死率高、治疗难度大,存在着诸如脱机困难、治疗周期长、监护费用高甚至病死率高等情况。而基于辨证施治的中医个体化治疗方案有助于上述问题的解决,笔者就此临床用药思维及常见辨证分型等相关经验进行探讨,为中医药治疗本病提供思路。Severe pneumonia is a severe acute disease that need intensive care in the treatment,has high mortality and is difficult to be cured,with difficulties such as weaning difficultly,long treatment cycle and high cost of monitoring,even high mortality.However,individualized therapy of Chinese medicine that based on syndrome differentiation and treatment can help to solve the above problems.The writer will analysis and discuss the clinical methods for adopting medicine and the common syndrome differentiation,to provide ideas for the treatment of this disease.
