摘　　要：借鉴国内外煤炭产业发展的经验,采用AHP方法、TRIZ理论等研究工具,结合可持续发展、循环经济等理论,全面分析了内蒙古煤炭产业发展面临的问题,深刻阐述了实现内蒙古煤炭政策变革与优化路径。This paper draws on the experience of the development of coal industry at home and abroad,using the method of AHP, TRIZ theory and other research tools,combined with sustainable development and recycling economy theory,a comprehensive analysis of problems faced by the development of the coal industry in Inner Mongolia,profound interpretation of the Inner Mongolia coal industry transformation and upgrading countermeasures.
