转化医学背景下我国医院专利转化的瓶颈

摘　　要：通过对2007—2016年十年间,我国医院专利转化相关研究的文献评阅发现,阻碍专利转化的关键问题从政府、医院和科研人员三个层面划分,共包含八大类问题,针对关键问题,研究提出政府应制定合理有效的专利政策、加大资金的投入;医院应建立专利信息管理系统、建立专业化的转化平台;对科研人员加强专利转化培训和加大专利转化奖励等政策建议,以期提高我国医院专利转化实施率。Through literature review and analysis of hospital patent transformation in China between 2007 and 2016,it is found that the key obstacle in hospital patent transformation lies in 8 kinds of crucial problems at three levels： the government,the hospital and the scientific research personnel. In order to remove the obstacle and to improve hospital patent transformation,a series of strategies are proposed,including formulating rational and effective patent policy and increasing funds by the government,establishing patent information management system and setting up professional platform by the hospital,training and incentives provided for the scientific research personnel.
