某军队医院洁净控制区性能监测分析

摘　　要：目的了解医院洁净控制区洁净技术性能,对其综合性能结果做出分析,促进科室加强管理,保障洁净设施有效运行。方法 2013—2015年采用仪器检测方法,对医院细胞治疗中心和生殖中心的洁净控制区综合性能进行检测。结果洁净控制区总合格率分别是40.00%、76.00%和80.00%;三年共监测27个洁净工作台和48间洁净室,尘埃粒子数、沉降菌数、压差、温度、相对湿度、噪声、照度、风速、换气次数合格率分别是80.00%、100.00%、87.50%、100.00%、97.92%、95.83%、87.50%、100.00%、100.00%。结论洁净控制区的管理还存在着不足,应进一步加强管理,定期监控。Objective To explore the clean technique performance of cleanliness control areas in a military central hospital and strengthen the management to ensure the effective operation through the analysis of the monitoring results of overall performance. Methods Instrument examination method was used to examine the overall performance of cleanliness control areas in cell therapy center and IVF operating room from 2013 to 2015. Results The total qualified rates of cleanliness control areas from 2013 to 2015 were 40. 00% 、76. 00% and 80. 00% respectively. A total of 27 cleaning work stations and 48 clean operating rooms were examined in three years. The qualified rate of dust particle count,settling bacteria count in air,pressure difference,temperature,relative humidity,noise,illumination,wind velocity and ventilation frequency were 80. 00%,100. 00%,87. 50%,100. 00%,97. 92%,95. 83%,87. 50%,100. 00% and 100. 00% respectively. Conclusion There are still certain shortcomings in management of cleanliness control areas. It is necessary to strengthen the management and carry out regular monitoring.
