摘　　要：美国国防部高级研究计划局(DARPA)是美国国防部的核心研究与开发机构,已为美军成功研发大量的先进武器系统,同时为美国积累雄厚的科技资源储备,并且引领着美国乃至世界军民高技术研发的潮流。系统分析DARPA战略规划中生物科技发展的重点领域,思考DARPA规划对我国军事医学基础研究的启示,建议在顶层设计、经费投入、人才建设、机构体制等方面加快部署。通过推进军事基础医学研究的跨越式发展,提高新模式下我军卫勤核心的保障能力。Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency（ DARPA） is an agency of the U. S. Department of Defense responsible for the development of emerging technologies used by the military. Numerous advanced weapons have been developed,which are supported by DARPA funding. Meanwhile,DARPA-funded projects have provided significant technologies that have influenced many non-military fields. This paper reviews the major fields of biotechnology in the recent strategic planning of DARPA,and moreover,presents suggestions about the development of basic research on military medical science,including leading design,fund investment,talent construction,and organization system,which may promote the development of military basic medical science and improve the capability of logistics support.
