摘　　要：采用气相色谱法,以邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为内标物,使用DB-1涂壁的石英毛细管柱和氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),对乙草胺样品中的杂质伯酰胺进行分离和测定。结果表明,该方法的线性相关系数为1.000 0,标准偏差为0.002 1,变异系数为1.25%,平均回收率为100.5%。An analytical method for the determination of 2 - chloro - 2 - methyl - 6 - ethyl - acety- lanilide in acetochlor was established by gas chromatography （GC） with FID detector and the Agi- lent DB - 1 column. The results indicated that the linear correlation coefficient, the standard deviation, the variation coefficient and the average recovery of the method was 1. 000 0, 0. 002 1, 1.25 and 10ft 5%, respectively.
