摘　　要：电子书平台的建设是电子书产业发展的趋势。文章从高校图书馆的角度出发,研究了基于DRM技术的电子书管理服务平台的构建,设计出平台的系统框架,从数据提供、资源管理、数据服务和终端平台4个方面进行深入的分析与阐述,对高校图书馆电子书的发展有一定的借鉴意义。E-book platform construction is the development trend of e-book industry. The article stands in the angle of the university library and studies the construction of e-book management service platform based on DRM technology. The article also designs the system framework of the platform, and analyzes the framework from the aspects of data providing, resource management, data services and terminal platform. It has certain reference significance for the development of univers.
