摘 要:目的对反萼银莲花根茎中的化学成分进行研究。方法样品用75%的乙醇加热回流提取,所得浸膏用水分散,依次用石油醚和水饱和正丁醇进行萃取,将所得正丁醇层样品根据其不同性质使用不同分离手段,如硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱以及半制备高效液相等,分离得到单体化合物,根据其波谱学特征数据及理化性质鉴定其化学结构。结果分离得到5个单体化合物,分别为3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→4)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→3)-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖-(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖-齐墩果酸(1)、3-O-β-D-吡喃木糖-(1→3)-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖-(1→2)-[β-D-吡喃葡萄糖-(1→4)]-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖-齐墩果酸(2)、anhuienoside E(3)、hederasaponin B(4)、hederacolchiside E(5)。结论5个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective To determine the chemical constituents from the rhizomes of Anemone reflexa. Methods The samples were extracted under reflux with 75% ethanol. The obtained extract was suspended in water and extracted with petroleum ether and n-Bu OH, sequentially. The samples were separated according to their different properties with different separation methods, such as Silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and semi-preparative HPLC. The structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data and chemical properties. Results Five compounds were separated and identified as 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 3)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl oleanolic acid(1), 3-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1 → 3)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 → 2)-[β-D-glucopyran-osyl-(1 → 4)]-α-Larabinopyranosyl oleanolic acid(2), anhuienoside E(3), hederasaponin B(4), and hederacolchiside E(5). Conclusion All the compounds have been isolated from Anemone reflexa for the first time.
