益气舒心丸对急性冠脉综合征患者冠状动脉造影术中冠脉血流储备的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析益气舒心丸对急性冠脉综合征患者冠状动脉造影术中冠脉血流储备的影响。方法:将符合纳入标准的85例急性冠脉综合征患者以随机数字表法分为观察组(n=44)和对照组(n=41),2组患者均给予常规治疗,观察组加用益气舒心丸,治疗6个月后比较2组治疗前后的冠脉血流储备、P-选择素(P-selectin)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)、可溶性血管细胞黏附分子1(s VCAM-1)指标水平。结果:观察组治疗后冠状动脉血流储备高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义;2组治疗后冠状动脉血流储备均高于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义;观察组治疗后P-selectin、hs-CRP、ET-1、s VCAM-1指标水平低于对照组,NO水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论:益气舒心丸可提高急性冠脉综合征患者冠状动脉造影术中冠脉血流储备,减轻机体炎症反应,值得推广和应用。Objective： To study the effect of Yiqi Shuxin pill on coronary flow reserve during coronary angiography in patients with acute coronary syndromes. Methods： 85 patients with acute coronary syndromes were divided into obser- vation group （n = 44） and control group （n=41） according to the random number table. All the patients were treated with routine therapy. Observation group added Yiqi Shuxin pill. P-selectin, high sensitive C-reactive protein （hs-CRP）, en- dothelin-1 （ET-1） and nitric oxide （NO） and soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 （sVCAM-1） were measured be- fore and after 6 months of treatment. Results： The coronary blood flow reserve of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant; the coronary blood flow reserve of the two groups was higher than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant; After treatment, the P-selectin, Hs-CRP, ET-1 and sVCAM-1 were lower than those of the control group, and the NO level was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： Yiqi Shuxin Pills can improve the coronary blood flow reserve and reduce the inflammatory response in patients with acute coronary syndrome. It is worthy to be popularized and applied.
