中药内外兼治胫骨平台骨折术后肿胀及疼痛的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药内外兼治法则对胫骨平台骨折术后肿胀及疼痛的临床疗效。方法:将54例胫骨平台骨折术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组28例,对照组26例。所有患者术后第1天进行常规治疗,治疗组患者给予中药口服及中药外敷包热熨治疗,对照组仅行常规治疗,不增加其他特殊治疗。分别观察2组患者术后1,3,5,7d患肢肿胀及疼痛程度,并进行组间对比。结果:治疗组患者术后3d起疼痛程度明显低于对照组,疗程第5天起膝关节肿胀消退程度明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药内服外敷对减轻胫骨平台骨折术后疼痛及肿胀有显著疗效。Objective： To observe the effect of herbal internal and external Treatment on Swelling and Pain after Surgery for tibial plateau fractures. Methods：54 patients with internal fixation of tibial plateau fractures were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group and the control group, 28 cases in Chinese medicine group, 26 cases in the con- trol group. All patients were treated with conventional therapy 1st day after operation .the patients of Chinese medicine group were added herbal oral and fumigation, while the patients of the control group had conventional therapy only. The swelling and pain were compared on 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th days after operation. Results：The pain of patients in Chinese medicine was significantly lighter than that of the control group from 3rd day after operation; the swelling of knee was significantly better than that of the control group from 5th day（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Herbal oral and fumigation can re- duce pain and swelling of the tibial plateau fractures and the effect is significant.
