加味四妙散治疗膝关节骨性关节炎湿热阻络证临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察加味四妙散治疗膝骨性关节炎湿热阻络证的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的膝关节骨性关节炎湿热阻络证患者40例分组,随机将40例膝关节骨性关节炎湿热阻络证患者分成治疗组与对照组,每组20例。2组在予以相同的常规基础治疗上,试验组予口服加味四妙散(1剂/d,早晚分服,连续14d)。分别观察治疗组、对照组受试对象治疗前、治疗后膝关节疼痛、肿胀等症状缓解程度,采用Lysholm膝关节功能评分进行对比。结果:2组患者Lysholm膝关节功能评分进行比较,差异有统计学意义。结论:加味四妙散对治疗膝关节骨性关节炎湿热阻络证效果良好,能明显提高Lysholm膝关节功能评分,对膝关节骨性关节炎湿热阻络证的治疗有效。Objective： To observe the effect of Simiao powder in treating Knee osteoarthritis arthritis Yanshi Rezu Luo syndrome. Methods： 40 patients with osteoarthritis of knee osteoartbritis were divided into treatment group and control group. Forty patients with osteoarthritis of knee joint were randomly divided into treatment group and control group （n = 20）. 2 groups in the same conventional basic treatment, the test group to oral Jiawei Si Miaofou （1 / d, sooner or later sub-service, continuous ldd）. The degree of pain relief was observed before and after treatment in the treat- ment group and the control group. The Lysholm knee function score was compared. Results： The scores of Lysholm knee function were compared between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： SiMiao pow- der has a good effect on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with damp-heat syndrome, which can improve the function score of knee joint in Lysholm and be effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
