中西药联合治疗面部复发性单纯疱疹疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察中西药联合治疗面部复发性单纯疱疹患者的临床疗效,探讨治疗的作用机制。方法:依据单纯疱疹的纳入标准选取皮损发于面部患者24例,随机分为治疗组13例和对照组11例,治疗组予以中西药联合治疗,给予口服伐昔洛韦300mg,2次/d,共7d,同时加用中药随证加减,1剂/d,分早晚饭后30min口服,疗程8周;对照组予以口服伐昔洛韦300mg,2次/d,共7d。2组均每2个月观察1次疗效及不良反应,2个月为1个治疗周期,比较观察2组患者治疗半年内的复发情况。结果:2组患者治疗后随访半年,治疗组随访半年内的复发次数较对照组比较有统计学意义。结论:中西药联合治疗能有效降低面部复发性单纯疱疹复发率,患者依从性良好,不良反应少。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of combination therapy ot Western ann traamonat ~m~,~ medicine on patients with facial recurrent Herpes Simplex and explore the mechanism of the treatment. Methods： Ac- cording to the inclusion criteria of herpes simplex, 24 patients with facial lesions were randomly divided into treatment group（n=13） and control group（n=11）. The treatment group was given combined therapy of western and traditional Chi- nese medicine, and given orally valaciclovir 300rag twice a day for 7 days. At the same time, with the addition and sub- traction of traditional Chinese medicine, one for a day, divided into morning and evening half-hour after meals, the total course of treatment was 8 weeks; The control group was given valacyclovir 300mg twice a day for 7 days. Both groups were observed once for two months efficacy and adverse reactions, two months for a treatment cycle, compared the two groups of patients treated with in six months of recurrence. Results： The patients in the two groups were followed up for half a year after treatment. The frequency of recurrence in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The combination therapy of western and traditional Chinese medicine can reduce the recurrent rate of facial herpes simplex. The patient has a good compliance and less adverse reaction.
