稳心颗粒与瑞舒伐他汀治疗老年冠心病的临床疗效及安全性  

Effects of Wenxin Granules Combined with Rosuvastatin on the Liver Function and Clinical Efficacy of Senile Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

摘　　要：目的:探究稳心颗粒联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗老年冠心病患者临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取42例本院收治的老年冠心病患者,按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组。对照组21例,予美托洛尔片25 mg,起始量12.5 mg/日口服,日2次,如无首剂反应将剂量加至25 mg/日,日2次,瑞舒伐他汀片10 mg口服,日1次;实验组21例予稳心颗粒9g温开水冲服,日3次,瑞舒伐他汀10 mg口服,日1次。治疗28天后,观察和比较两组患者治疗前后CK-MB、肝功能及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,实验组有效率(95.2%)显著高于对照组(81.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、总胆红素(TBil)、胱抑素C水平、左室射血分数(LVEF)均升高(P<0.05),总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)水平及磷酸肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平均降低(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,实验组LVEF及胱抑素C水平较高(P<0.05)。结论:稳心颗粒联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗老年冠心病患者可有效降低血脂,缓解患者胸闷、心悸等症状,对肝脏及肾脏功能损伤小,且安全性高。Objective： To investigate the clinical effects safety of wenxin granules combined with rosuvastatin on senile patients with coronary heart disease. Methods： A total of 42 senile patients with coronary heart disease from our hospital were collected and randomly divided into the experiment group and control group with 21 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated by metoprolol tablets 25 mg, the initial dose was 12.5 mg/day oral, 2 times a day, if without first dose reaction increase to 25 mg/day, 2 times a day, rosuvastatin 10 mg oral, 1 time a day ; patients in the experiment group were treated by wenxin granules 9g warm waterblunted, 3 times a day, rosuvastatin 10 mg oral, once a day. After treatment 28 days, the CK-MB, liver function and clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and compared. Results： After treatment, the effective rate of experiment group （95.2%） was significantly higher than that of the control group （81.0%） （P〈0.05）. Compared with before treatment, the aspertate aminotransferase（AST）, alanine aminotransferase（ALT） and total bilirubin（TBil） levels of both groups were increased （P〈0.05）, total cholesterol（TC）, low density lipoprotein-C（LDL-C） levels and Creatine kinase isoenzyme（CK-MB） level were decreased （P〈0.05）. Compared with before treatment, the left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） and cystatin C levels were higher in both groups after treatment（P〈 0.05）. Compared with the control group, the left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） and cystatin C levels were higher （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Wenxin granules combined with rosuvastatin could effectively reduce the blood lipid in the treatment of senile patients with coronary heart disease, alleviate the symptoms such as chest tightness and palpitations, it leaded little damage to the liver and kidney function with high safety.
