化瘀补肾通督方及中药熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨化瘀补肾通督方及中药熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法选取河北省中医院2013年12月—2014年12月收治的腰椎间盘突出症患者192例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各96例。对照组患者入院后给予西医常规治疗,治疗组患者在对照组基础上给予化瘀补肾通督方联合中药熏蒸治疗,两组患者均持续治疗3个疗程。比较两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(ODI)评分及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组患者临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者VAS评分、ODI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者VAS评分、ODI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均未出现明显异常。结论在西医常规治疗基础上加用化瘀补肾通督方联合中药熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效确切,可有效改善患者腰部疼痛程度,促进腰椎功能恢复,且安全性好。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of kidney and nourishing blood flux overseers party combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy in treating prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Methods A total of 192 cases of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc patients were selected from December 2013 to December 2014 in Hebei Province of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 96 cases in each group. Control group was given conventional therapy,treatment group was given kidney and nourishing blood flux overseers party combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy based on control group,both groups were treated for 3 courses. The clinical effect,VAS score and ODI score before and after treatment,and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.. Results The treatment group of clinical effect was better than control group（ P〈0. 05）. Before treatment,no statistically significant differences in VAS score or ODI score was found between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）; after treatment,the treatment group of VAS score and ODI score were lower than control group（ P〈0. 05）. There was no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion Kidney and nourishing blood flux overseers party combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy have an exactly clinical effect in treating prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc,it can effectively improve waist pain degree of patients,promote functional recovery,and with good safety.
