天和骨通贴膏治疗肩周炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨天和骨通贴膏联合功能锻炼治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法选取冀中能源峰峰集团总医院2016年1-7月收治的肩周炎患者64例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各32例。对照组患者给予医用橡皮膏+功能锻炼治疗,治疗组患者给予天和骨通贴膏+功能锻炼治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后疼痛程度评分、运动功能指数、软组织水肿发生情况及水肿直径。结果治疗前,两组患者肩关节疼痛程度评分、肩关节运动功能指数、软组织水肿直径比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者肩关节疼痛程度评分、运动功能指数高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患者软组织水肿发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者软组织水肿直径小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论天和骨通贴膏联合关节功能锻炼可有效缓解肩周炎患者肩关节疼痛程度,扩大关节活动范围,缩小软组织水肿直径。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of tianhe bone ache paste in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods A total of 64 cases of scapulohumeral periarthritis patients were selected from January to July 2016 in Handan Hospital Area of General Hospital of Jizhong Energy Fengfeng Group,which were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table,32 cases in each group. Control group was given plasters for medical purposes combined with functional exercise,treatment group was given tianhe bone ache paste combined with functional exercise. The pain degree score,motion function index,soft tissue edema and the edema diameter were compared before and after treatment between the two groups. Results Before treatment,no statistically significant differences of pain degree score,motion function index or edema diameter was found between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）; after treatment,the treatment group of pain degree score,motion function index were higher than control group（ P〈0. 05）. The soft tissue edema rate of treatment group was lower than control group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the treatment group of edema diameter was smaller than control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Tianhe bone ache paste combined with functional exercise can effectively relief the pain degree of scapulohumeral periarthritis patients,expand the range of joint activities and shrink edema diameter.
