摘 要:针对燃煤机组脱硝改造中场地空间有限,选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝装置无法按常规设计布置的情况,研究了一种SCR脱硝系统侧进、侧出新型连接烟道,并基于计算流体动力学(CFD)流场模拟,对新型SCR烟气脱硝装置的流场进行了优化设计,设置合理的导流板,使得进入第一层催化剂的烟气速度、NH3浓度分布、烟气流线与垂直方向夹角以及系统阻力均满足相关技术要求。该新型SCR脱硝系统连接烟道应用于某燃煤发电厂2×135MW机组,有效解决了现场空间无法布置常规SCR脱硝装置的问题,其脱硝效率达到85%以上,氨逃逸率小于3 mg/m3,运行效果较好。为解决燃煤机组加装SCR装置空间不足的问题提供了一种有效的解决办法。Due to the limited space, the SCR equipments cannot be installed in conventional ways during denitration transformation for some coal-fired units. To solve this problem, a new type of connecting flue for the SCR denitration system was designed, which is asingle flue with side-inlet and side-outlet. Based on numerical simulation by computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software, flow field of the new-type SCR equipment was optimized. Through adding reasonable guide plates, the flue gas velocityand NH3 concentration distribution before the first catalyst layer were improved, and the angle between the flue gas flow line and the vertical direction as well as the system resistance, were also optimized to satisfy the corresponding requirements. Moreover, this new type connecting flue was applied in SCR denitration system of a 2 ~ 135 MW coal-fired unit and it effectively solved the problem of installation of SCR equipment in limited space. The denitfification efficiency reached up to 85% and the ammonia escape was controlled below 3 mg/m3.
