摘  要:以富马酸酯、醋酸乙烯酯和苯乙烯为原料,通过自由基聚合反应制备了一系列新型三元共聚物(PFVS)。利用第三单体苯乙烯的刚性结构对聚合物侧基碳链的支撑以及对蜡的吸附作用,在二元聚合基础上,提高添加剂的降凝性能;同时通过改变富马酸酯中高级醇的碳数、共聚单体比例和分子量的调节,实现了高性能润滑油降凝剂(PPD)的制备。研究发现,PFVS在中国石油新疆油田的多种石蜡基基础油中降凝性能优异,其整体性能明显优于进口降凝剂A和B。A series of new terpolymers,namely,the polymer of fumaric acid ester-vinyl acetate-styrene( PFVS) was synthesized via radical polymerization with materials of fumaric acid ester,vinyl acetate and styrene. Based on the traditional copolymer of fumaric acid ester-vinyl acetate,the third monomer styrene was added to improve the pour point depressing performance,which has the rigid structure that supports the side chain and enhances the polar adsorption on wax. In addition,the advanced pour point depressant( PPD)for lubricating oil was prepared by changing the carbon number of higher alcohols in fumaric acid ester,monomer ratio,and the molecular weight variation. The results indicated that PFVS has excellent pour point depressing performance in the various paraffin base oils from Xinjiang oil field,its overall performance is significantly better than the imported depressants A and B.
