社工与护士合作模式在空巢老年突发性耳聋患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析社工与护士相合作的管理模式对空巢老年突发性耳聋患者的心理状态和康复效果的影响。方法:通过随机数字表法将77名空巢老年突发性耳聋患者随机分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组39名采用社工与护士相结合的管理模式进行护理干预,对照组38名采用常规护理干预,比较两组患者在干预前后的自我效能、心理健康水平以及治疗效果。结果:干预后观察组在自我效能量表(Strategies Used by People to Promote Health,SUPPH)总分及各维度、焦虑自评量表(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)和抑郁自评量表(Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS)的得分均明显改善且优于同期对照组,对照组在SUPPH中的应对和决策维度的得分也有所改善;观察组在听力改善的效果也明显优于对照组。结论:社工与护士相结合的护理干预模式可有效提升空巢老年突发性耳聋患者的自我效能,改善心理健康水平和听力恢复效果。Objective：To explore the impact of the cooperation management mode of social workers and nurses on the mental state and rehabilitation effect of empty-nest old patients with sudden deafness.Methods：Seventy empty-nest old patients with sudden deafness were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group through a random number table.Thirty nine patients in the observation group adopted the cooperation management mode of social workers and nurses to carry out nursing intervention,while 38 patients in the control group adopted routine nursing intervention.Then,we compared self-efficacy,mental health status and treatment effect of the two groups before and after the intervention.Results：As for the observation group,after the intervention,the total score of Strategies Used By People To Promote Health（SUPPH）,score of each dimension,score of self-evaluation of anxiety scale（SAS） and score of self-rating depression scale（SDS） significantly enhanced and were better than those of the control group in the same period.As for the control group,scores of response and decision-making in SUPPH also enhanced.In the aspect of hearing improvement,the observation group did much better than the control group.Conclusion：The nursing intervention mode with the cooperation of social workers and nurses can effectively improve self-efficacy,mental health status and hearing recovery effect of empty-nest old patients with sudden deafness.
