利用互联网对社区慢性病患者的用药管理效果

摘　　要：目的探讨利用互联网对社区慢性疾病患者的用药管理效果。方法选取2016年1—6月中信惠州医院诊治的慢性疾病患者400例为研究对象,采用随机抽签法分为研究组和对照组,每组200例。研究组患者利用互联网进行药学服务干预,对照组患者采用传统药学服务干预,连续干预6个月后,比较两组患者干预前后用药知识掌握度、用药依从性及管理效果。结果干预前,两组患者的用药知识掌握度及用药依从性评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组患者的用药知识掌握度及用药依从性评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的管理总有效率为92.0%,显著高于对照组的72.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用互联网对社区慢性疾病患者的用药情况进行管理,可有效提高患者的用药知识掌握度和用药依从性,提高用药管理和疾病管理效果。Objective To investigate the effect of using the Internet for chronic disease management in patients with medication.Methods Select 400 cases of chronic diseases in January 2016-June 2016 in our hospital for the study, randomly divide them to study group and control group, each group contains 400 cases.Study groups using the Internet pharmacy service intervention,the control group using conventional pharmaceutical care intervention, intervention continuous medication knowledge level of around June, two groups were compared after the intervention, medication compliance and management effectivenessResults Before the intervention,the two groups of patients with medication knowledge level,medication compliance rates was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）;after the intervention,the patient medication knowledge level of medication compliance rates were higher in the study group, have more statistics significance（P〈0.05）.Management of patients with total efficiency（92.0%）was significantly higher in the study group （72.0%）,was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Use of the Internet community to manage patients with chronic medication,can effectively improve the knowledge level of patient medication and medication compliance,improving medication management and disease management effectiveness.
