摘  要:目的探讨神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)检测在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的临床应用价值。方法采用罗氏E601电化学发光分析仪检测不同损伤程度HIE患儿(急性期与恢复期)与健康对照组新生儿NSE血清水平,并进行统计学分析。结果病例组患者急性期血清NSE水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),恢复期较急性期NSE值有所下降,但仍高于正常对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论 NSE作为神经系统损伤程度的敏感特异性指标,具有价格低、无辐射、可重复等检测优点。有望成为HIE早期诊断及HIE预后评估的辅助指标。Objective To investigate the clinical application of neuron-specific enolase(NSE) detection in neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.Methods E601 serum levels of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE)in children with different damage levels were detected by Roche chemiluminescence analyzer(acute phase and recovery phase) and statistically analyzed with the NSE serum levels of the healthy controls.Results The level of serum NSE in patients with acute phase was significantly higher than that in control group(P〈0.01).The NSE value decreased during the recovery period compared with the acute stage,but still higher than the normal control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion As the sensitive specificity index of the degree of nervous system damage,NSE has the advantages of low price,no radiation and repeatable detection and so on.It is expected to be used as an assistant index for early diagnosis of HIE and prognosis of HIE.
