摘　　要：为适应市场的需求,对现有车间（厂房）进行技术改造已经成为常态.某铸钢车间为了生产风电用铸钢件,也将进行技术改造.在改造实施之前,需要对现有车间（厂房）的产品生产工艺的特点和生产能力、土建、公用设施车间管理等进行系统的分析,以确定进行技术改造的可行性.It has been become a normal behavior in foundry enterprises that the existing workshops （factory buildings） are technologically transformed to suit the needs of the market. A steel casting workshop will be technologically transformed to produce steel castings used for wind-driven generator. Before the technological transformation is carries out, it is necessary to analyze systematically the characteristics of production processes and the production capability of existing workshop, civil construction, utilities, plant management and so on to determine whether the technological transformation is feasible.
