硒酵母辅助优甲乐治疗桥本甲状腺炎甲状腺功能减退临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：研究分析硒酵母辅助优甲乐治疗桥本甲状腺炎甲状腺功能减退的临床效果。方法：选取我院所收治的46例桥本甲状腺炎甲状腺功能减退患者，将其分为对照组和观察组，每组23例，分别以不同的方法治疗，比对两组不同治疗方式的治疗效果。结果：经治疗观察组患者的血清甲状腺自身抗体水平明显低于对照组患者，且观察组患者的甲状腺FT3、FT4水平明显高于对照组，而TSH水平低于对照组，两组差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：硒酵母辅助优甲乐治疗桥本甲状腺炎甲状腺功能减退具有突出的效果，能够显著改善患者的血清甲状腺自身抗体、甲状腺FT3、FT4及TSH水平，利于患者的改善预后。Objective To study the Selenium Yeast accessory Euthyrox efficacy of treatment of Hashimoto＇s thyroiditis and hypothyroidism. Methods 46 cases of the thyroid function in patients with hypothyroidism treated in our hospital, they were divided into control group and observation group, 23 cases in each group, respectively with different methods of treatment, compared to two groups of different treatment modalities for treatment. Results After the treatment of Serum thyroid autoantibodies in patients was significantly lower than the control group, and the observation group of patients with thyroid FT3, FT4 levels were significantly higher than the control group, while the TSH level lower than the control group, with significant difference between two groups C P〈0.05）. Conclusion The Selenium yeast accessory Euthyrox treatment of Hashimoto＇s thyroiditis and hypothyroidism has outstanding effect, can significantly improve serum thyroid autoantibodies, thyroid FT3, FT4 and TSH, can improve the prognosis of patients.
