摘 要:区间犹豫模糊集提供了表示不确定性信息的适当工具,针对决策信息为区间犹豫模糊元的决策问题,构建了基于级别高于关系的区间犹豫模糊决策新方法。首先,引入区间犹豫模糊元相离度的概念和区间犹豫模糊元的距离测度公式。然后,基于可能度与相离度的概念定义区间犹豫模糊和谐集、不和谐集及其相应的指数。鉴于传统的ELECTREⅡ方法中阈值的选择对决策结果比较敏感的缺点,通过改进的ELECTRE方法实现备选方案的择优问题。最后通过具体算例表明所提出方法的可行性与有效性。The interval-valued hesitant fuzzy set provides a suitable means to express uncertain information.Aiming at the decision-making information being the interval-valued hesitant fuzzy element in the process of decision-making,a novel method is constructed for decision making with interval-valued hesitant fuzzy set based on outranking relation.Firstly,the concepts of the deviation degree and the distance measure for interval-valued hesitant fuzzy element are introduced.Then the interval-valued hesitant fuzzy concordance sets,discordance sets,and its corresponding indices are constructed based on the concepts of the possibility degree and deviation degree.For the reason that the choice of threshold values of classical ELECTRE Ⅱ method is sensitive to the decision result,a modified version of the ELECTRE method is used to obtain the optimal alternative.Finally,the proposed method is applied to an illustrative example to demonstrate its practicality and effectiveness.
