日朝邦交正常化的动因、过程与前景

摘　　要：在东北亚国家普遍实现了关系正常化的今天,日朝邦交正常化却迟迟无法达成,自20世纪90年代初期开始,日朝邦交正常化历经了马拉松式的13轮谈判,仍然还有"经济协作问题","绑架日本人问题"和"核·远程导弹问题"阻碍着双方建交的达成。当前,日朝邦交正常化进程陷入困境,深刻的历史纠葛,复杂的国内政治,以及紧张动荡的东北亚国际局势都对两国邦交正常化还未解决的三大难题产生深刻的影响,日朝邦交正常化将是两国的一场长期博弈。Until today, Japan and North Korea which is in order to establish diplomatic relationship, have expand many times and long game, and have madesome achievements. But there are still three problems, ＂Economic Cooperation problem＂, ＂abduction issue ＂ and ＂ nuclear long-range missile issue, ＂ which are hindering the establishment of diplomatic relationship by two sides.The nature of these three puzzle game depend on Japan and North Korea which are the most important roles, also on interactive relationship between Japan and North Korea and other regional stakeholders, if thenormalization can be realized.In short, Japan and North Korea＇s normalization of diplomatic relationship is a process that not yet completed. For the national interest, the two countries hope to establish diplomatic relations. Finally, the realization of normalization of diplomatic relations between Japan and North Koreawill take time. However, the normalization of diplomatic relations with Japan and North Korea, will continue to develop.
