摘  要:上海市各层级学校体育人才存量是"一条龙"培养模式运行的基础,人才流动构成的反馈回路是该模式运行的机制,成绩作为关键辅助变量,对于层级学校人才流量有着重要影响.本研究主要通过问卷调查法,结合其发展现状及存在的问题进行系统思考.结果表明:该模式较之以往增大了体育后备人才存量;应适当增加对口高校的招生名额;使用成绩调适该模式人才流动变化时需注意系统中存在的"延时现象";对"体"、"教"部门目标存在分歧的问题,可通过改变双方目前目标或制定更高目标的方式来解决,但这是一个渐进的过程,需决策者长远规划.The stock of sports talents at all levels in shanghai is the basis of “ one-stop” training mode.The feedback loop formed by the flow of talented people is the mechanism of this mode.Scores,which are used as key adjunct variables,has an important impact for the level of school talent flow.This study mainly through the questionnaire survey,carry on the system thinking to unify its development present situation and the existence question.The main results show that the model has increased the reserve of sports talents than ever and show increase the enrollment quota in the university appropriately.We should pay attention to the existence of the system " delay phenomenon" when use achievements to adjust the mode of talent flow changes.The differences between sports authority and education authority can be resolved by changing the current objectives of the two sides or formulate higher goals,but this is a gradual process,and decision-makers should have long-term planning.
