摘　　要：财经问题是整个经济体系的核心,与物质财富的创造有着极高的黏度。陈云在民主革命时期萌发的许多财经思想与实践,对中国革命事业的存续发展、根据地的巩固与民众生活水平的提高起了重要作用,并为新中国财经理论的发展与完善提供了范本。Financial affairs are at the core of an economic system, and in close relation with the creation of material wealth. Chen Yun came up with lots of thoughts on finance and economy and put them into practice. These achievements played an important part in the development of Chinese revolution and raising standard living in the base area and provided an effective model for the development of perfection of financial and economic theories of new China.
