摘　　要：中国传统法律文化有着鲜明的自身特征。马克思主义法律理论在中国的传播,对中国传统法律文化在法律理念、发展模式等方面造成了巨大的冲击,并影响着中国传统法律文化的发展走向。通过自身的改造及与马克思主义法律理论的融合,中国传统法律文化实现了革新。马克思主义法律理论对塑造新时期中国法律文化发挥着非常重要的作用。Chinese traditional legal culture has its own unique characters. During its transmission, the legal theory of Marxism has greatly impacted on the legal ideas, the development model and the development direction of Chi- nese traditional legal culture. Through its own transformation and its fusion with the legal theory of Marxism, Chinese traditional legal culture has realized its own renovation. The legal theory of Marxism plays an important role in shaping the Chinese legal culture in the pew period.
