摘　　要：实行工程硕士领域卓越工程师培养计划的主要目的是为了改革和创新工程硕士培养模式,切实提高硕士生的实践动手能力和创新能力。结合东华理工大学测绘工程硕士领域卓越工程师培养实践和做法,从人才培养机制改革、师资队伍建设和校企合作等方面进行探讨,为培养符合卓越工程师要求的硕士生进行探索和实践。The main purpose of training outstanding engineers in surveying and mapping engineering master field is to reform and innovate the training mode of engineering masters, and enhance their practical and innovation a- bility effectively. In terms of personnel training system reform, teaching staff and school - enterprise cooperation, the training practices of outstanding engineers are introduced and discussed, with the hope of providing a certain reference for training surveying and mapping engineering masters who can meet the requirements of excellent engineers.
