摘　　要："一带一路"是丝绸之路经济带和21世纪海上丝绸之路的简称。"一带一路"战略在为中国和其他沿线国家的经济及社会发展提供强大动力的同时,也预示着对我国口岸公共卫生带来更多的威胁。本文通过对"一带一路"与传染病传播情况的整理,及对"一带一路"五大重点领域与口岸公共卫生的关系分析,概括了目前"一带一路"与口岸公共卫生的研究现状,探讨在新的历史时期,卫生检疫服务"一带一路"口岸公共卫生的防控战略。The ＂Belt and Road＂ is short for the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road. h is helpful for eeonomic and social development of China and other countries along,but indicates more public health threats. This paper analyzed the spread of some infectious diseases in these countries,and the relationship between the five key areas and public heahh at ports. This paper summarized the current status of research about public heahh at ports and the ＂Belt and Ruad＂,and intrudueed the prevention and control strategy of health quarantine.
