摘 要:目的探讨"双低"(低管电压、低对比剂用量)CT血管成像(CTA)技术在颅脑血管性疾病检查中可行性。方法 344例疑诊为颅脑血管性疾病患者随机分为双低组和常规组,分别采用管电压80 k V和对比剂量0.8 m L/kg、管电压120 k V和对比剂量1.5 m L/kg进行头部CTA检查。比较两组图像质量的客观和主观评分、信噪比(SNR)、对比噪声比(CNR)、辐射剂量和碘含量。结果两组图像质量的客观和主观评分、SNR和CNR的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),双低组患者接受的辐射剂量和碘含量均明显低于常规组(P<0.01)。结论 "双低"CTA技术可用于颅脑血管性疾病检查。Objective To observe the feasibility of CT angiography with low tube voltage and contrast medium dose (double low) in cerebral vascular diseases (CVD). Methods A total of 344 CVD cases were randomly divided into double low and conventional groups, and underwent cerebral CTA with 80 kV tube voltage and 0.8 mL/kg contrast medium or with 120 kV tube voltage and 1.5 mL/kg contrast medium. Subjective and objective scores, signal to noise ratio(SNR), and contrast to noise ratio(CNR) of image quality, radiation dose, and iodine content were compared between of two groups. Results Subjective and objective scores, SNR and CNR of image quality were comparable between two groups (P〉0.05). The radiation dose and iodine content were lower in double low group than in conventional group (P〈0.01). Gonclusion CTA with double low technique is applicable for CVD.
