摘  要:目的研究过载作用下佩戴飞行员夜视头盔的稳定性,为飞行员夜视头盔的设计和使用提供依据。方法6名受试者佩戴适体的飞行保护头盔和供氧面罩,头盔上安装夜视镜,调节后可看到清晰完整的夜视镜视场。设计靶标和夜视镜视场定位方法。先进行静加载试验,载荷施加在受试者佩戴的头盔顶部。测量加载时和卸载后头盔的垂直位移,记录受试者观察到的夜视镜视场变化情况。然后在载人离心机上进行+G。方向设定载荷下的人体试验,记录并测量头盔在设定载荷下的位移和视场变化情况。结果静加载十3.0Gz/15S、+4.0 Gz/15S、+5.0 Gz/10s、+5.5 Gz/10s、+6.0Gz/10S,头盔位移分别为(7.52±5.44)mm、(7.79±4.89)mm、(8.78±5.99)mm、(9.17±5.85)mm、(12.07±9.79)mm;相同载荷下载人离心机试验,头盔位移分别为(8.72±3.77)mm、(16.28±5.12)mm、(16.56±4.12)mm、(27.50±9.63)mm、(44.22±15.80)mm。头盔位移和夜视镜视场移动均随着过载增加而增大,但载人离心机试验载荷环境下产生的头盔位移和夜视镜视场的移动,均大于静加载试验。结论本研究建立了夜视头盔的过载稳定性试验评价指标和方法,研究结果可为夜视头盔的设计和使用提供指导。Objective To study the stability of night vision goggles (NVG) mounted helmet for pilot under G loads, so as to provide reference for the design and use of the NVG helmet. Methods Six subjects wore properly suited NVG mounted helmet and mask. The adjustment ensured them with clear and entire field of view (FOV). The target design and method of measuring the FOV of NVG were settled for test. Static load test was conducted first. The vertical displacement of helmet was measured when the load applied on and off the top of helmet. The migration of the FOV of NVG wan recorded. Then the man-rated centrifuge test was conducted with selected + Gz profiles. The displacement of helmet and the migration of the FOV of NVG were also recorded. Results Corresponding to the statically applied equivalent G loads of +3.0 Gz/15 s, +4.0 Gz/15 s, +5.0 Gz/lO s, +5. 5 Gz/10 s and +6. 0 G J10 s, the mean values of displacement of helmet were (7. 52±5.44) mm, (7.79±4.89) mm, (8.78±5. 99) mm, (9. 17±5.85) mm and (12.07!9.79) ram. Corresponding to the same loads on human centrifuge tests, the mean values of displacement of helmet were (8. 72±3. 77) mm, (16. 28±5. 12) mm, (16. 56±4. 12) mm, (27. 50±9. 63) mm and (44.22±15.80) mm. The displacement of helmet and the migration of the FOV of NVG were increased with the load increase. The displacement of helmet and the migration of the FOV of NVG tested in human centrifuge were bigger than those in static test. Conclusions The study establishes the indicators and methods of evaluating the stability of NVG helmet and provides the reference for design and use of NVG helmet.
