摘 要:目的探讨雷达微波辐射对雷达作业人员精子结构及功能的影响,并对其相关机制进行研究。方法纳入某部雷达场站从事雷达操作任务频繁受到微波辐射的男性现役军人30名,测量雷达微波辐射的强度。将不接受雷达微波辐射的空军总医院研究生、进修生30名作为对照组。受试者均禁欲5~7d后采集精液于洁净的精液采集盒中。通过彩色精子质最分析系统检测受试者精子密度、a级精子百分率、b级精子百分率、c级精子百分率、d级精子百分率、头部畸形率等精液常规数据。在透射电子显微镜下观察精子超微结构,用流式细胞仪检测精子凋亡,二维电泳法检测精子Tip60、p53、tubulin的表达。比较两组受试者精液常规检查结果及精子凋亡检测结果。结果①精液常规检测结果显示,试验组a级精子、b级精子百分率显著低于对照组(t=5.815、10.153,P〈0.01),c级精子百分率、d级精子百分率显著高于对照组(t=9.897、14.394,P〈0.01)。②电子显微镜检测结果显示,试验组精子在雷达微波辐射后可出现尖头、短尾、无尾、顶体内包涵体、顶体空泡、线粒体肿胀、线粒体缺失等显微形态异常。③两组受试者精液中活精子、凋亡精子、死亡精子构成比差异有统计学意义(X^2=17.029,P〈o.01),试验组活精子率明显低于对照组(X^2-6.817,P〈0.01)。④本组受试者精液标本中未见组蛋白乙酰化转移酶Tip60的明显表达。结论雷达微波辐射对雷达作业人员的精子形态、超微结构、凋亡、精子运动参数有明显影响。其机制可能不是通过Tip60的途径发挥作用。Objective To investigate the influences of the radar microwave radiation on the structure and function of radar operatorsf spermatozoa and to study the correlated mechanism. Methods The radiance of microwave radiation of a radar station was measured, and then 30 male active military personnel engaged in radar operation task at the station were selected as test group. Thirty male postgraduates and advanced students in General Hospital of Air Force, who were not irradiated by radar, were randomly selected as control group. After sexual abstinence for 5-7 d, the subjects' semen was collected into the apinoid box. The subjects' semen data, such as sperm counts, spermatozoa percentage of grade a, grade b, grade c and grade d, as well as the rate of cephalic malformation were detected by Color Sperm Quality Analysis System. The ultrastructural organization of sperm was observed by transmission electronic microscope, the apoptosis spermatozoa were detected by flow cytometrey and the expressions of Tip60 (tat-interaction protein, Tip60), p53 and tubulin of sperm were detected by the 2-dimanasional electrophoresis. The subjects' semen routine examination results and apoptosis sperm were compared between 2 groups. Results ① The results of the semen routine examination showed: the percentages of sperm grade a and grade b of the test group were significantly lower than those of control group(t= 9. 957, 11. 056, P〈0.01) while the percentages of sperm grade e and grade d of the test group were higher than those of control groups (t= 10. 205, 6. 273, P〈0.01). ②The electron microscope observation indicated that the spermatozoa of test group appeared the micro-paramorphia of acrocephaly, short-tailed, taillessness inclusion body in acrosome, acrosyringium, mitoehondrial swelling, mitochondria loss due to the radiation of radar microwaves. ③The constituent ratio of zoospermia, apoptosis spermatozoa and death spermatozoa in subjects' semen were significant different between 2 groups (X^2= 17. 029,
